Wearing Advice — New to Arch Support?

The raised arch actively works to push your arch back up into its natural position, which can cause some initial discomfort if you haven't worn arch support footwear before. This is completely normal — and actually a positive sign that your fallen arches are being actively corrected. The more your arches have dropped, the more you may feel the support working to correct them. Stick with it.
