Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Options & Times

  • Orders up to £39.98:  £1.99 postage. Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery in 2-3 days.
  • Orders of £39.99 or more: Free postage. Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery in 2-3 days.
  • Express delivery:  £2.99 postage. Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery in 1-2 days.

2. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to UK mainland. For international shipping, please contact us directly.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and usually despatched within 1 business day.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You can return unworn shoes in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please post them back to the following address: Woodley's shoes, 69 Poole Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH4 9BA
  • Items must be in a resaleable condition. Worn, damaged, or altered shoes will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping

  • We do not cover the cost of return postage.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
