Delivery Terms
1. Delivery Options & Times
- Orders up to £39.98: £1.99 postage. Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery in 2-3 days.
- Orders of £39.99 or more: Free postage. Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery in 2-3 days.
- Express delivery: £2.99 postage. Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery in 1-2 days.
2. Delivery Areas
- We deliver to UK mainland. For international shipping, please contact us directly.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed and usually despatched within 1 business day.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Returns Eligibility
- You can return unworn shoes in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Please post them back to the following address: Woodley's shoes, 69 Poole Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH4 9BA
- Items must be in a resaleable condition. Worn, damaged, or altered shoes will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping
- We do not cover the cost of return postage.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
- If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
