Wearing Advice — New to Arch Support?

The raised arch is designed to support your foot’s natural position. Because your feet are the foundation of your body, this support can affect how your ankles, knees, hips, and lower back feel, as well as your overall posture.

If you haven’t worn arch-support footwear before, some initial discomfort can be normal as your feet adjust. Build up wear gradually:

• Day 1 — wear for 1 hour
• Day 2 — increase to 2 hours
• After that — wear for longer as comfortable
