Wearing Advice — New to Arch Support?

The raised arch actively works to push your arch back up into its natural position. Because your feet are the foundation of your entire body, this correction has a knock-on effect — gradually helping to realign your ankles, knees, hips, and lower back, and improving your overall posture.

If you haven't worn arch support footwear before, you may notice some initial discomfort. This is completely normal — and actually a positive sign that your fallen arches are being actively corrected. The more your arches have dropped, the more you may feel the support working. Stick with it.

We strongly recommend building up wear gradually:
Day 1 — wear for 1 hour only
Day 2 — increase to 2 hours
After that — wear as long as you like, comfortably
